1.Principle

Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature.The self bonding of biomass to form a briquette involves the thermo-plastic flow of the biomass.

The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue 

in the briquetting process, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes. 

During this process, no binder needs to be used. So the output briquette is a type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use

in furnaces, boilers and open fires.

(1)Material moisture is 7-12%.if not,please dry or wet it.

(2)The size of the raw materials is alike sawdust,if not,pls use wood crusher 

4.Product size 

The final product could be square:5*5mm,7*7mm,10*10,12*12,15*15,20*20,25*25mm; roll column :dia 20mm to 150mm,etc.

5.Production process

(1)Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 4mm.

(2)Dry the crushed materials to 6-10%.

(3) Pressing to raw material into briquette.

(4) Make briquette carbonized in the carbonized oven.

(5) The shape of briquette can be round, square, hexagonal. 

6.Wear parts

The charcoal stick is formed by high temperature and high pressure, so it is easy to break out the propeller and mounting inner

wear sleeve, So you need mend it in time it need use the tungsten alloy, the high the better. When founding the tungsten alloy, 

using acetylene and oxygen, so that it can up to the best result. After founding it, using grinding wheel burnish roughness

metal follow the picture.
